Learn to Sail

Where to start?
Whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced sailor we’ve got you covered with exciting, comfortable, and comprehensive options to learn and grow.
The first step is to learn the terminology. Yes, there is a lot of jargon and terminology that you need to know. For me, it’s all about safety, being able to communicate with your crew quickly and efficiently. Please explore our resources page for a library of reading and viewing to explore.
Next, you want to get out on the water. Being hands on will help you disambiguate the various terms. See our blog post about getting out on the water for more information.
If you already have a boat, we can train you on your boat. If you do not have a boat, below are recommendations on programs you can join where we can teach you! Pricing for those programs are listed with the individual schools, and because we are independant teachers, we can teach you at the school of your choice, to best meet your locations, schedules, and needs.
Whichever option is right for you, we can help you get started. Review our options below then Contact Us to get started.
