A mentorship program?

The mentorship program is a 1-on-1 coaching program that is designed to help sailors improve their sailing skills and knowledge. The program is designed to be flexible and customizable to the needs of the sailor. The program is designed to be a combination of video coaching, live coaching, and online resources.

Is it for me?

When my family and I were preparing for extended cruising, while we were preparing our boat and preparing ourselves, we were still working and had full-time jobs and the income that goes along with that. What we did not have was time. I could have really used someone that could help me navigate the endless choices, to help me make the right decisions, save me time, and help me avoid costly mistakes. Ultimately, I wanted to make our departure date.

What’s included?

All of them! The mentorship program is designed to cover all areas of sailing, from the basics to the advanced topics. The program is designed to be a combination of video coaching, live coaching, and online resources.

You pick the areas you want to focus on, and we will work with you to achieve your goals. Weather, navigation, boat maintenance, engines, sailing skills, family, insurance, routing, water makers, communcation, SSB Radio, Starlink satellite. We can cover all of them.
